This Sauvignon Blanc was quite pleasing.  It was refreshing and packed with a lot of lively complexity and depth, with fresh grass, fresh acidity, tropical and citrus fruit and herbs.  This wine would be great with food or equally charming on its own.

This was a nice Australian Shiraz.  Yes, it was big, alcoholic and juicy, but it was sort of fun to have something different than what we normally drink.
